Description
syb2193 is a SL2(gpd-2)-mKate2(two introns)-linker(GSGSGSGSG)-twk-18(e1913)(one intron) knock-in inserted after the termination codon of endogenous flp-11 gene on N2 by CRISPR/Cas9 system.. twk-18(e1913) was knocked into the endogenous locus of flp-11 to express a potassium channel in RIS that causes very strong inactivation of RIS.
